Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a Chicago, IL area store. The role supports the Store Manager to lead staff, optimize finances, and maintain strong customer relations.

Base hourly pay ranges from $17.40 to $20.40 with commission on productivity and a store performance bonus. A broad benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and 401k options; Earned Wage Access is available; paid vacation and holidays are outlined in the policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months management/3rd key experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others and lead a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues quickly.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards; recruit top talent.
• Open/close the store, manage cash drawers and protected assets.
• Monitor loans, inventory, and merchandise; drive profitability.
• Attract new customers and maintain excellent customer relations.
