FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Chicago, IL. The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, staff development, and achieving financial goals.

You will help drive customer satisfaction, manage loans/merchandise, and ensure asset protection while offering a performance-based commission on top of hourly pay. Compensation includes an hourly wage with a commission program and store-performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods; stand/walk; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong supervisory potential and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Train and develop store staff; recruit and retain top talent.
• Open/close store, manage cash drawers, protect assets, and oversee inventory.
