FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Chicago to lead daily store operations, coach employees, recruit, and drive customer satisfaction. The role pairs an hourly wage with an opportunity to earn commission based on productivity and store performance.

Pay ranges from $17.40 to $20.40 per hour, with up to 8% commission on gross profit. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), earned wage access, tuition reimbursement, vacation and sick time, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience and ability to lead day‑to‑day operations.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store employees, recruit and retain top talent.
• Promote a customer‑centric environment and address customer issues promptly.
• Open/close the store, manage cash, and protect assets.
• Monitor loans and merchandise to ensure profitability and process compliance.
