FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Chicago area stores.

You will partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, recruit and retain talent, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining store metrics and asset protection. The role requires at least six months of management experience, strong cash handling, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Willing to work in a retail environment including weekends and holidays.
• Holds up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Train Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent via prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store and protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and documentation.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising and reporting.
• Analyze financial statements to drive profitability.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes.
• Communicate store mission and profit objectives.
• Maintain product knowledge and act as manager on duty when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
