FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Round Rock, TX. The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, staff development, and achieving financial targets while maintaining a customer-centric store culture.

You will lead a team, ensure proper cash handling, and protect assets, while driving customer satisfaction and store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, manage cash drawers, and secure assets.
• Promote a customer-centric environment and resolve issues promptly.
• Recruit and develop store staff; monitor performance and attendance.
• Assist Store Manager with financial goals and store operations.
• Ensure asset protection and accurate inventory control.
