Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to drive profitability.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development when needed.
• Collaborate to maintain a collaborative working environment for associates.
• Ensure the team consistently exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to improve customer connections.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and drive loyalty.
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed.
