Pure Hockey, LLC in Florida is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and staff training. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced sports retail environment.

You will help manage merchandising, drive sales, coach employees, control inventory, and ensure a safe, welcoming store. The position offers a bonus plan and benefits with a salary of $40,000-$55,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in retail.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
• Ability to train, coach, develop and motivate employees.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in merchandising, operations, sales and customer service.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and teamwork.
• Partner with Store Manager to establish and communicate all critical metrics and expectations (sales, visuals, operations, safety, loss prevention, HR, payroll/scheduling, training).
• Assist in the hiring, training, and development of store employees.
• Maintain product knowledge and awareness of current or upcoming products.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment for employees and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
