Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. in Yelm, WA seeks a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager to help lead a high-energy sales floor and deliver exceptional customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager to train and motivate the team, analyze performance, and ensure store goals are met while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

This role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Starting pay ranges from $18.50 to $25.00 per hour with bonus potential, reflecting the retail

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs
