Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. in Arroyo Grande, CA is seeking a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager and cultivate a high-performing sales floor. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving store goals.

You will coach and motivate your team, analyze performance, and communicate with leadership. The position requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, plus the ability to stand long hours and lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to hit goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership.
• Basic computer skills: word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 20 lbs.

Starting pay range with bonus for this position is approximately $19.00 - $27.00

As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business. You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor. You will encourage success and learning opportunities within your team and analyze their performance.
