Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a T-Mobile Bilingual Retail Assistant Manager to lead the sales floor alongside the Store Manager. You will coach, motivate, and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.

The role requires management experience, at least 1 year in retail or customer service, strong communication with leadership, and reliable hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs

Starting pay range with bonus for this position is approximately $18.00 - $25.00
