Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. in Portland, OR is hiring a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team and drive strong sales performance on the floor.

You will work with the Store Manager to create a high-energy sales environment, coach and motivate staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting revenue goals and maintaining brand standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
