Job summary

Icon Fitness is seeking a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager in Maple Valley, WA. In this full-time role, you'll work with the Store Manager to enhance customer service and sales performance. Responsibilities include coaching your team, analyzing their performance, and creating a motivating environment. Ideal candidates will have management experience and at least a year in retail. Starting pay is $19.00 - $22.00 hourly with evenings, weekends, and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 20lbs.

Starting pay range with bonus for this position is approximately $19.00 - $22.00

As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business. You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor. You will encourage success and learning opportunities within your team and analyze their performance.
