Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Morgantown, WV. The role combines sales leadership, Guest service, and operations to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You will coach Teammates, recruit new talent, and ensure excellent showmanship and denim expertise across the team. As a progression from the Assistant in Training, you will take on higher responsibilities, drive store performance, and maintain Buckle’s standards in customer service, merchandising, and daily

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership and guest service is preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train and lead Teammates to meet store goals.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and loss prevention is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary service to Guests across the store areas.
• Lead, train and coach Teammates and act as Store Manager in absence.
• Drive sales, achieve goals and manage daily operations.
• Recruit and develop new Teammates with leadership tone.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandise presentation daily.
• Execute POS transactions and store policies accurately.
