Job summary

Buckle seeks an Assistant Manager in Training to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role involves sales, merchandising, training, and leadership responsibilities across the store, including staffing and performance coaching.

The AIT progression leads to higher duties with increased responsibility while maintaining Buckle’s standards for service, presentation, and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting and developing Teammates.
• Lead by example with showmanship, customer service, and training of team members.
• Assist in daily operations and training to maintain Buckle’s standards.
