Job summary

Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, and optimize customer experiences. You will coach staff, set goals, and manage daily operations to ensure targets are met while maintaining store merchandising and up-time.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, supervise transactions, and train team members to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires evening/weekend availability and a strong focus on results.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and drive sales targets while managing store operations.
• Coach team one-on-one to reach higher performance and quotas.
