Responsibilities include developing the Assistant General Manager, directing day-to-day store activities, and driving strategy to maximize traffic and sales while managing staffing, budgeting, and inventory. Training and leadership calls are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor and coach the store team to drive sales and guest experience.
• Lead day-to-day store operations and ensure execution of company vision.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting and inventory controls.
