Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Tampa store to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer experiences while achieving sales and compliance goals.

You will work with the General Manager to manage inventory, budgets, brand standards, and deliver consistent service. The role requires 40–45 hours weekly with flexible shifts and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training.
• Prior management experience in retail is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to train and develop a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and discretion.
• Able to communicate in English with customers and team.
• Ability to analyze data to inform policies and procedures.
• Respectful interaction with customers and staff.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state regulations.
• Review, communicate and enforce SOPs with leadership.
• Coach and develop the team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Manage labor budget with the General Manager.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
