Job summary
Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive outstanding customer experiences. You will manage daily operations, merchandising, and performance to meet store targets in a competitive retail environment.

Qualifications
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably in retail, restaurant, or wireless sectors.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales goals.
- Ability to coach, mentor and develop team members to improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Drive sales targets and manage daily operations in the store.
- Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with the team and monitor progress.
- Ensure store merchandising and planogram compliance with company standards.
- Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store safety/compliance.
