Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to act as Assistant Store Manager, supporting store performance and team development. You will help maintain an organized, guest-focused environment while assisting the Head Coach in driving store results.

The role involves owning service standards, coaching team members, and overseeing operations, merchandising, and events to boost sales and guest satisfaction. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure visual merchandising and seasonal transitions.
• Own service execution and customer experience standards.
• Analyze store performance and take action to improve results.
• Lead payroll planning and labor optimization.
• Oversee operations during Head Coach’s absence.
