Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking an Asset Protection & Safety Manager to lead loss-prevention initiatives and safety programs across store operations.

You will supervise associates, coach teams, and coordinate investigations while ensuring friendly customer service, safe shopping environment, and adherence to security guidelines. This role requires flexibility for varied shifts and occasional travel to support neighboring stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of relevant work experience (e.g., retail or Asset Protection).
• Willingness to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts; 7 days a week availability may be required.
• Experience supervising employees including coaching, mentoring, directing, training, performance management, and recognition.
• Experience in retail Asset Protection, investigations, and familiarity with safety/security systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Operational Leadership to ensure friendly, professional, timely service for all customers.
• Monitor receiving, shipping, and selling patterns for the store.
• Champion initiatives and establish processes to improve safety, shrink, and security outcomes.
