Job summary

You will drive strategy with district leadership, manage a diverse AP team, and lead investigations and crisis response to protect customer experience and margins.

The role requires strong data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and 1+ years of leadership, with a focus on safety, compliance, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or related field strongly preferred, or equivalent years of experience.
• 7 years of multi-store big-box retail experience.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing data to understand drivers of complex problems.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of store operating systems, policies, procedures, and processes.
• Teach and training of store operations managers throughout the organization.
• Build relationships with Regional, District, Store leadership teams and city officials.
• Manage, hire, and develop a diverse team of asset protection professionals across stores.
• Investigate, interview, and support post-prosecution activities; represent Lowe’s in court.
• Address internal or external theft / Organized Retail Crime concerns.
• Lead crisis management and emergency response in multi-store environments.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to team members and store leaders.
• Own, forecast, and manage multiple financial accounts for controllable expenses.
• Train personnel on reporting procedures and ensure district-wide safety compliance.
• Coach associates on processes impacting customer experience.
• Collaborate with Asset Protection leadership to resolve facilities issues affecting safety and operations.
• Perform store visits to drive performance and efficiencies.
• Promote adoption of operational programs and system enhancements.
• Analyze safety reporting for trends and root causes.
• Review P&L and inventory-related reports to drive cost reductions.
• Execute facilities emergency response protocols during incidents.
