Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor to partner with the Supply Chain leadership team and provide a visible physical security and safety presence across the assigned location.

You will supervise Security Officers, manage training and scheduling, and ensure all security posts are staffed according to Lowe’s policies. In this role you will validate building and perimeter security, engage with fleet drivers, conduct audits, and perform regular patrols.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Preferred Associate's degree in a related security field.
• Experience with incident reporting and security systems is expected.
• Valid driver's license and security license required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to provide visible security presence.
• Supervise Security Officer expectations including training and scheduling.
• Ensure security posts are properly staffed at the assigned location.
• Support Asset & Protection & Safety Manager functions.
• Validate physical security of building and perimeter throughout the day.
• Engage with fleet drivers in compliance with security guidelines.
• Conduct regular safety and security audits using mobile devices.
• Perform interior and exterior patrols to identify security concerns.
• De-escalate incidents involving associates, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with leadership as needed.
• Maintain case management and detailed incident reports.
• Monitor CCTV for unauthorized activities and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain required certifications and licenses as required by Lowe’s.
