Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection & Safety Manager (APSM) to lead store safety, shrink reduction, and loss prevention initiatives.

You will collaborate with store leadership to deliver friendly, professional service while maintaining a safe, clean shopping environment. The role involves monitoring receiving, shipping, and selling patterns, coaching associates, responding to incidents, and coordinating security programs including CCTV/EAS usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supervising employees and coaching.
• Experience using physical security systems (CCTV, EAS).
