Job summary

Lowe's is seeking an Asset Protection & Safety Manager (APSM) to lead safety, shrink reduction, and loss-prevention initiatives in a Columbus store. You will oversee programs, coach staff, and coordinate with leadership to maintain a safe, responsive shopping environment.

The role requires strong investigations experience, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to respond to incidents while supporting store operations. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher OR high school diploma with 3 years of relevant retail or asset protection experience.
• Experience in retail investigations and knowledge of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Help store leadership ensure friendly, professional, timely service.
• Monitor receiving, shipping and selling patterns for the store.
• Champion initiatives and processes to improve safety, shrink and security outcomes.
• Oversee programs to minimize loss while maintaining safety.
• Coach and train associates; manage inventory to reduce shrink.
