Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Columbus, OH seeks an Asset Protection & Safety Manager (APSM) to lead store safety and loss prevention programs, coach associates, and coordinate security measures. You will work with store leadership to maintain a safe, compliant environment and respond to incidents as needed.

The role requires strong supervision experience in retail, knowledge of safety regulations, and ability to analyze security data to reduce shrink and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supervising employees including coaching and training.
• Experience as a Manager in a retail environment.
• Experience analyzing business documents (P&L, reports).
• Experience conducting retail investigations; using CCTV and EAS.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership to deliver friendly, timely service.
• Monitor receiving, shipping, and selling patterns.
• Develop processes to improve safety, shrink, and security outcomes.
• Respond to incidents and supervise inventory to reduce shrink.
