The APSM will respond to incidents, review reports, and collaborate on security measures. Travel is occasional, and the role requires lifting up to 25 pounds and availability across shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related experience in retail or asset protection.
• Experience supervising employees, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience in retail investigations and using CCTV/EAS.

• Help Store Operational Leadership ensure friendly, professional service.
• Monitor receiving, shipping and selling patterns for the store.
• Champion safety, shrink and security initiatives and controls.
• Respond to incidents to keep customers and staff safe.
