Bloomingdale's in Framingham, MA is seeking an Asset Protection/Loss Prevention Detective to protect store assets and people. You will apply analytics and surveillance insights to investigate and deter theft while maintaining professional standards on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying and apprehending shoplifters, understanding state laws related to shoplifting, supporting shortage reduction programs, and keeping the store secure from opening to closing.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers.
• License requirements as per state/local jurisdiction.
• Experience operating CCTV systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
• Identify, observe and apprehend shoplifters.
• Know state laws related to shoplifting and apprehensions.
• Participate in store shortage reduction program.
• Maintain building safety and security; open and close the store.
