Bloomingdale's is seeking a dedicated Asset Protection/Loss Prevention Detective to safeguard people and assets at our Massachusetts location. You will use proactive observation and analytics to deter theft and ensure a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience in retail loss prevention.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication with diverse groups.
• Experience operating CCTV systems and monitoring.
• Must satisfy licensing requirements as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
• Identify, observe and apprehend individuals for theft.
• Knowledge of state laws related to shoplifting and apprehensions.
• Participate in store shortage reduction program with departments.
• Maintain building safety and security; open and close the building.
