Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.
• Experience operating CCTV systems.
• Flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
• Identify, observe and apprehend individuals for theft.
• Understand state laws related to shoplifting and apprehensions.
• Participate in store shortage reduction with departments.
• Maintain building safety and security; open/close as needed.
