Bloomingdale's is seeking an Asset Protection/Loss Prevention Detective to safeguard people and assets on site in our Chicago, IL location. You will apply investigative skills, use analytics, and maintain professional standards while protecting merchandise and customers on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Experience with CCTV monitoring is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome all customers while on the selling floor
• Identify, observe and apprehend individuals for shoplifting
• Knowledge of state laws related to shoplifting and apprehensions
• Participate in store shortage reduction program, including working in partnership with specific departments
• Maintain building safety and security; open and close the building when appropriate
