Ocean State Job Lot of NH2012 LLC in Auburn, MA is hiring a Store Area Supervisor. The role oversees daily operations and merchandising, prioritizing exceptional customer experiences under a Team Leader. This is a development path toward future OSJL leadership positions.

Compensation ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, with a 30% associate discount and comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, PTO, and retirement options. This role requires availability nights/weekends and 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• 1+ years professional retail experience required.
• Prior customer service, training and merchandise handling experience preferred.
• Computer skills: Google apps (Email, Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Qlik.

Responsabilités

• Champion exceptional customer service for diverse clientele and foster a welcoming environment.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service for effective resolutions.
• Promote company-wide customer initiatives (donations, loyalty programs, promotions).
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure task completion and motivation.
• Support training for store associates and opportunities for growth across all levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation and adhere to company guidelines.
• Verify pricing accuracy of incoming shipments and report errors.
