Job summary

Rebel Convenience Stores seeks a Retail Area Manager to oversee 7-10 locations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, profitability, and superior customer experiences while leading store managers and teams.

Responsibilities include coaching leaders, ensuring brand standards, controlling inventory and safety compliance, and budgeting for store performance. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with willingness to travel for support as needed.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations.
Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).
Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed.
