Rebel Convenience Stores in Alaska is seeking a Retail Area Manager to oversee 7-10 store locations, driving sales, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead store managers, ensure safety and brand standards, and develop teams for long-term growth. This full-time role requires travel to nearby stores, irregular shifts including nights and weekends, and offers competitive pay, PTO, tuition assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed.

Salary for this position is targeted at $85,000 DOE
