Arcadis in New York is seeking a Project Architect to lead the Retail team’s design projects. You will coordinate the design process from concept to construction, manage deliverables, and act as the main client contact to ensure project success.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience, and proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, and Creative Suite. You will collaborate across disciplines and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality documentation within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related design field or equivalent certification.
• Green Building certification (e.g., LEED) preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience in design/architecture projects.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and manage design projects from concept through construction.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.
• Oversee drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction documents.
• Review CAD models and renderings; coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
