Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking a Retail Analyst to build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and provide outstanding client support. The role focuses on driving revenue growth and contributing to overall company success.

You will serve as the primary contact for large retail accounts, analyze order patterns, and prepare forecasts for customers and internal teams, while coordinating with operations to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales, or a commercial/analyst role.
• Strong Excel and data skills, comfortable with large data sets.
• Clear communicator who can present to customers and leadership.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for large retail accounts, resolving inquiries and issues fully and fast.
• Maintain regular contact with existing accounts and proactively identify sales and reorder opportunities.
• Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and support new business development.
• Provide product information, quotes, and order status updates, and follow through to completion.
• Coordinate with operations and supply chain for smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
• Analyze order patterns, product mix, and account activity to flag risks and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain account dashboards and reporting: revenue, margin, fill rates, forecast vs. actual.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to deepen product and market knowledge
