Responsibilities

• Assist GM in daily store operations, including scheduling, compliance, and sales execution.
• Serve as acting GM during absences—leading daily briefings, coaching staff, and maintaining standards.
• Oversee cash handling and inventory controls, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Drive visual merchandising, menu accuracy, and in-store promotions.
• Coach and develop team members through daily feedback and performance management.
• Collaborate with HR, marketing, and procurement to optimize store performance.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and uphold service excellence.
