Responsibilities

• Nurture and grow existing accounts post-sale by building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
• Drive account expansion through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Manage the overview of new account onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and positive client experience.
• Handle packaging and marketing approvals, ensuring clear communication with customers.
• Maintain the promotional calendar and monitor promotional spend.
• Provide accurate forecasting to support business planning.
• Participate in trade shows and customer visits to strengthen client relationships.
• Assist the Hunter with daily tasks to ensure seamless operations.
