NCR Voyix seeks an Account Director for Retail to lead strategic accounts in the US North East, driving profitable sales across hardware, software, services, and managed offerings. You will manage the opportunity funnel, build senior-level relationships, and align NCR Voyix solutions with customer objectives.

The role emphasizes relationship management, sales planning, and delivering value through a consultative selling approach within a dynamic retail market. Travel and remote work are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Commerce (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of proven sales experience in the Retail industry.
• Experience in selling solutions – infrastructure & software applications are highly advantageous.
• Proven sales success in attaining quota objectives and managing account relationships.

Responsibilities

• Understand the retail industry and articulate the business value of NCR Voyix’s Retail portfolio.
• Capture and update opportunities from the sales funnel and manage from pipeline to closure.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and profitability.
• Develop strategic account plans and present high-quality proposals.
• Lead regular customer meetings to discuss issues, performance, and rollout new solutions.
• Fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities and drive quarter-on-quarter growth.
