You’ll drive account planning, grow opportunities, and manage relationships to deliver NCR’s end-to-end hardware, software, services and payments solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic account development, customer value, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve quota objectives and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Commerce (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of proven sales experience.
• Experience selling solutions in the Retail industry.
• Ability to develop senior level business relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand the retail industry and articulate NCR’s value to customers.
• Capture and update opportunities for the sales funnel.
• Manage the sales funnel opportunities from pipeline to closure.
• Maintain and build relationships to increase customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Match customer objectives with NCR self-service solutions and develop business cases.
• Develop strategic account plans and present professional materials.
• Schedule regular customer meetings to discuss issues, performance, and rollouts.
• Fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities and execute campaigns for growth.
