Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience in ResWare administration, with a strong understanding of mortgage processes. We offer competitive pay between $75,000 and $120,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain ResWare — user roles, permissions, partner connections, and system settings.
• Manage updates, integrations, and customizations as business and lender needs evolve.
• Build templates, workflows, and automations that streamline title and settlement operations.
• Train users, create documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact for ResWare support.
• Safeguard data integrity through audits, quality checks, and proactive issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues and find opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
