Job summary

Qualia is seeking a Customer Support Representative for the Resware product. This remote role supports customers in operating our software efficiently, resolving issues, and providing proactive guidance.

You will work with our support and engineering teams to translate problems into effective solutions. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in real estate/title/escrow, excellent organization and communication skills, and strong software abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, title, and escrow industries.
• 1–2 years of industry experience.
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong software skills.
• Customer service/support experience via phone and email.
• Ability to engage with end-users, management, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and highly satisfactory customer service, identifying issues and offering workarounds or patches.
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting and translate between customers and our technical teams.
• Offer focused training on proper use of the software to address inquiries.
• Contribute to a positive, growth-focused team environment and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain productivity and data integrity of customer information.
• Safeguard sensitive customer information.
