Title Operations Manager – Plano, TX (Onsite)

SetPoint Consultants is a national staffing firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Legal, and Banking industries. We are recruiting for an experienced Title Operations Manager to join one of our clients in the Plano, Texas area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven title industry leader with extensive operations and management experience. Resware experience is required, and candidates with national title operations experience are strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of current title industry experience
• 7+ years of title operations management experience
• Expert-level Title Examiner
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of 7 or more employees
• Advanced knowledge of Resware (required)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and computer skills
