Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Credit and Collection Analyst to manage customer credit risk and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable. The role involves aging reports, proactive follow-ups, and collaboration with account executives and program managers to minimize financial loss.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting customer account statements.
• Following up on outstanding invoices via email, phone, meetings, or customer portals.
• Identifying and resolving payment issues, billing errors, and customer disputes through collaboration with internal teams.
• Providing updates to billing team regarding invoice requirements to ensure timely payment.
• Tracking and reporting accruals for write-offs and bad debts.
• Maintaining detailed spreadsheet of invoice progress, aging, and customer updates.
• Analyzing aging invoices and cash flow to achieve financial targets.
• Creating weekly and monthly AR and aging reports for senior managers and sales teams.
