Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify billing data; generate invoices and statements.
• Resolve billing disputes with field operations and account executives.
• Analyze billing data to identify trends and improve accuracy.
• Monitor accounts receivable and pursue overdue payments.
• Maintain and reconcile AR ledger accounts and reports.
• Serve as main contact for billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Generate regular AR performance reports.
• Complete special projects to meet department goals.
