Lithia & Driveway is seeking a results-driven automotive sales associate in California. You will build relationships with customers and guide them from initial contact to vehicle delivery, highlighting features of new and pre-owned vehicles.

You will prospect, generate referrals, and maintain client relationships to achieve personal sales goals while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. A valid California driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, customer service or automotive sales.
• Desire to achieve personal and financial goals; build relationships.
• Comfort with computers, CRM systems and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in your state.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery.
• Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles and highlight their features.
• Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clientele; meet sales goals.
