Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Sales Representative at our California dealership to present vehicles, finance options, and build lasting customer relationships. Open availability to work multiple shifts is required, with competitive commission-based pay and opportunities for growth.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, customer service, and achievement of sales targets within a high-volume store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Previous experience at an automotive dealership is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Working knowledge of computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes.
• Present purchase and finance options along with service programs.
• Complete follow-ups and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store management system(s).
• Keep up to date with Acura products, features and accessories.
• Attend product and training courses and report to Sales Desk Manager.
