Job summary

KLA Industries, a global law firm, seeks associates to join its Insolvency & Restructuring practice at its NYC Midtown office in a hybrid setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of restructuring experience representing debtors, committees, secured creditors, asset purchasers, and other constituents in Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings. JD and NY Bar in good standing are required; top 50 law school and AmLaw 200 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of restructuring experience representing debtors, committees, secured creditors, asset purchasers, and other constituents in Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing abilities; high academic and professional excellence.
• JD from an accredited law school and NY Bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities
