Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing New York Bar.
• Experience with Chapter 11 and restructurings.

Responsibilities

• Represent debtors, committees, creditors, and other constituents in Chapter 11 and restructurings.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams on matters.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
