Our client, a Global Law Firm, seeks associates to join its Insolvency & Restructuring practice in NYC Midtown in a hybrid setting. The role requires 2–4 years of restructuring experience, with strong research and writing skills, and admission to the New York Bar.

Candidates should have attended a top law school and worked at an AmLaw 200 firm. Deposition and trial preparation experience is a plus, with collaboration across the firm and tight deadline management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of restructuring experience in Chapter 11 or out-of-court restructurings.
• JD from an accredited law school; NY Bar in good standing.
• Top 50 law school graduate and AmLaw 200 firm experience.
• Strong academic, research, writing, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities
