Top Echelon LLC's client, a global law firm, seeks associates to join its Insolvency & Restructuring group at the NYC Midtown office in a hybrid setting.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of restructuring experience representing debtors, ad hoc and statutory committees, secured creditors, asset purchasers, and other constituents in Chapter 11 and cross-border matters. JD and NY Bar admission are required, with top 50 law school background and AmLaw 200 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of restructuring experience representing debtors, committees, secured creditors, asset purchasers, and others in Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings.
• Deposition and trial preparation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional record with exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent debtors, committees, creditors, and other constituents in Chapter 11; handle cross-border matters.
• Collaborate with firm attorneys on complex insolvency matters.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
